Safety & Care

At HOOMATE, safety is part of better daily care. Our products are designed for real pet homes, where play, comfort, cleanliness, and shared routines all matter.

Please read the following safety and care guidance before using HOOMATE products.

Pet Toy Safety

HOOMATE pet toys are designed for play, enrichment, bonding, and everyday fun. However, no pet toy is indestructible.

Always choose a toy that fits your pet’s size, age, chewing habits, and play style. Some toys are best for interactive play, some are better for gentle chewing, and some are designed for supervised enrichment.

Please supervise your pet during play, especially with plush toys, rope toys, teaser wands, crinkle toys, squeaky toys, feather toys, string toys, or toys with small parts.

Check toys regularly for loose stitching, torn fabric, damaged ropes, exposed filling, or broken parts. If a toy becomes damaged or unsafe, take it out of play and decide whether it can be safely repaired or should be replaced.

Cat Teaser Toy Safety

Cat teaser wands are intended for supervised interactive play only.

Do not leave your cat unattended with teaser wands, strings, feathers, or removable attachments. After playtime, store the toy in a safe place to help prevent chewing, tangling, or accidental swallowing.

Cat Litter Safety

HOOMATE cat litter is intended for use in cat litter boxes only.

Store litter in a cool, dry place and reseal the bag after opening. Keep the litter box clean and replace litter as needed to maintain a fresher, more comfortable shared space.

When switching to a new litter, introduce it gradually if your cat is sensitive to changes.
This product is not food. Do not allow pets or children to ingest litter. If accidental ingestion, irritation, or unusual discomfort occurs, stop use and contact your veterinarian.

General Care Reminder

Every pet is different. Always observe your pet when introducing a new product.

If your pet shows signs of discomfort, stress, irritation, or unusual behavior, discontinue use and consult your veterinarian.
